Sleep & recovery

What sound can do for calmer nights and, just as importantly, what it doesn't do.

People often come to a sound bath because they're sleeping badly. This section brings together what sound can do for sleep and recovery and, just as importantly, what it doesn't do. No promise of a cure, no miracle remedy: rather a state of deep relaxation that prepares the ground, settles the evening mind and helps some people find a more solid rest. It describes what participants report, on session evenings and the nights that follow. If falling asleep has become a struggle, read first, then come and try an hour at the studio in Paris 16.
