Privacy policy
We only collect the data needed to answer your messages, manage your bookings and, if you'd like, send you our news. Here is exactly what we process, why, and how to stay in control of it.

This English text is provided for information. The data controller is a French business and the supervisory authority is the CNIL: the French version, politique de confidentialité, is the version that has legal effect, and it prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this site is Zahra Youmni, for Résonance Sound & Healing.
What data do we collect, and why?
We only collect personal data when you give it to us. Depending on the situation, that means:
- Contact form: name, email address, sometimes a phone number and the content of your message, in order to answer your enquiry.
- Booking: name, email, phone and details of the session chosen, in order to process and confirm your booking, and send you the practical information.
- Newsletter: email address, only if you have consented, in order to send you our news and session dates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Browsing: technical and audience-measurement data (see the “cookies” section).
On what legal basis?
- Contact: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiries.
- Booking and purchase: performance of the contract (your session) and compliance with our accounting and legal obligations.
- Newsletter: your consent, obtained at the point of sign-up.
- Audience measurement: your consent, where the tools used require it.
How long do we keep it?
We only keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
- Contact enquiries: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Customers (bookings): for the duration of the commercial relationship, then up to 3 years for marketing purposes; accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by law.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then deleted.
Who has access to your data?
Your data is intended for Résonance Sound & Healing. It is never sold. It may be passed to technical providers (processors) strictly necessary for the service to work: the online booking system, the site's host (Vercel Inc.) and our audience-measurement tools. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union; in that case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). Cookies
The site uses cookies and trackers necessary for it to function and, subject to your consent, audience-measurement cookies intended to help us understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies at any time, and configure your browser to block or delete them. Refusing measurement cookies does not prevent access to the site.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French “Informatique et Libertés” act, you have the following rights over your data at any time:
- right of access and information;
- right to rectification;
- right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object, in particular to marketing;
- right to data portability;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@resonancehealing.fr or by post to 26 rue de Bassano, 75116 Paris. We may ask you for proof of identity so we can handle your request securely. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), cnil.fr.
