The duo session is a sound therapy experience for two, in a private space: you lie side by side, immersed in the sound of the gong and the bowls, for around an hour. No group to share with. The room is yours alone. It's the intimate version of the gong bath in Paris, ideal for a couple, two friends or family. How it runs
What happens in a session for two?
You arrive together, we welcome you, and the space is already prepared: two mats side by side, blankets, everything you need to settle. After a few words you lie down next to each other and the immersion begins. The gong rises, the bowls answer, and each of you goes your own way, while staying side by side. It's that mix of intimacy and shared silence that makes the duo session what it is.
There's nothing to coordinate, nothing to get right together. You listen, you breathe at your own pace, and you find each other at the end, usually calmer than when you came in. If you'd rather take turns, the one-to-one private session brings the same care face to face.

A duo session in the 16th arrondissement
The studio is at 26 rue de Bassano, on the edge of the 16th and the 8th, between place Victor Hugo and the Champs-Élysées. It's a neighbourhood where people rush, and spending an hour here as a pair, without a phone, takes on real value. Many make it a weekend pause for two, when the studio opens earlier.
You can walk over from Trocadéro or Passy, come by metro to George V (line 1), Iéna or Alma-Marceau (line 9), or on the RER A to Charles-de-Gaulle–Étoile.
