A corporate gong bath is a sound bath designed for your teams: people lie down, close their eyes, and the sound takes the pressure out of a heavy day. At Résonance there are two options: private hire of the studio at 26 rue de Bassano from €350 (up to 8 people), or a session on site in your offices, up to 40 people, between €750 and €1,500 depending on the format. Team building, a wellbeing workshop, an off-site, a retreat or a short reset: we fit the length and the location around you. Participants have nothing to arrange and nothing to prepare. Sessions are run in English or French, which matters if your team is mixed, though in practice there's very little talking either way. It's the logical extension of a group gong bath session, brought into your offices.
The formats
Every session we run starts from the same principle: a calm, precise room, held steady from beginning to end. What changes is the length, the location and the size of the group. From private hire of the studio for a small leadership team to team building for up to 40 people at your own site, each format fits around your day: a 45-minute reset or the centrepiece of an off-site.
Our most requested format, and the one that covers the widest range of situations: team cohesion, a session in your offices, or a reset session during a wellbeing week. No games, no speaking up, just a stretch of time where the team lets go together. Up to 40 people, at your place, at an event venue or at the studio. Recurring sessions at the office, once or twice a month, to build a genuine ritual of decompression rather than a one-off event. It's the format that best serves a wellbeing programme over time.

Most workplace wellbeing activities ask something of people: take part, speak, move, perform a little more. The sound bath does the opposite. It asks nothing. You lie down, you stay quiet, and the nervous system shifts into rest, something the tight calendars of the 16th arrondissement rarely allow to happen on their own.
It's also a level playing field: no ability, no performance, no awkwardness. The intern and the director go through exactly the same thing, lying side by side. Plenty of HR and wellbeing leads tell us that's the part that actually creates the connection. It isn't the activity, it's having switched off in the same room at the same time. We stay honest about what this is: we don't promise to cure stress or fix anyone's sleep. We set the conditions up properly and the body takes it from there.
